Mr. Peter Doyle, President & CEO founded the company in 1998 and together with a small team of experienced and highly skilled Promotional Industry experts delivers an exceptionally high level of service, product quality, value and reliability to major corporate clients. The company experienced immediate success because these corporations place high value on the Dynamic team's flexibility, responsiveness, intuitiveness and unrelenting commitment to quality assurance. The roster of clients includes: IBM, Makita Canada, National Grocers, Weston Bakeries Limited, Loblaw, Shoppers Drug Mart, Robert Bosch Inc., IGA Canada (now Sobeys Inc.).

Peter himself, has 20 years experience in the industry as a senior executive in manufacturing and distribution. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Promotional Product Professionals of Ontario (PPPC) and is a Master Advertising Specialist (MAS). The company is proud to have been designated an Approved Promotional Products Facilitator for the 2010 Vancouver Olympics.

Service Excellence

Dynamic Promotional Marketing Specialists (Dynamic) takes pride in its absolute commitment to customer satisfaction and promises their clients “NO SURPRISES.” To ensure they deliver on that promise, Dynamic’s team:
•  Conducts an extra final inspection of each and every customer order before releasing it for delivery to the customer. If the order is not up to standard Dynamic will reject the order and insist that it be fixed or redone before customers even see the product.
•  Provides above industry standard Quick Turnaround times for special and rush orders.
•  Dynamic secures customers' artwork and logos in three separate locations - at no extra charge.
•  It has commercial general liability insurance for the protection of clients.

Dynamic believes that one of the best ways to meet its promise of "NO SURPRISES" is to give its customers the opportunity to see, touch and feel products before making a purchase commitment; and so offers a very extensive sample program:
•  The company provides samples to clients for internal presentations to management prior to approval – in most cases, depending on the product and program; this is free of charge or at minimal cost.
•  Products can always be viewed on the company’s web site or by requesting catalogues prior to final selection.

Clients have full and complete access to bilingual staff, highly capable and responsive sales and account managers and to Peter Doyle himself.
